The die is cast

Today was the third day of the International Swiss U16 Cup 2013 and the temperatures climbed up to at least 35 degrees celsius. Zurich FC played a draw against Manchester City FC (1:1), St. Gallen beat the special guests from Laos with 3:0 and the Grasshopper Club Zurich scored five times against the German team SV Werder Bremen (5:0). Vorarlberg’s victory over Celtic FC Glasgow (1:0) was a big surprise. At lunchtime, today’s highlight was scheduled – the International Disabled Tournament. Players with physical and/or mental disabilities from Liverpool FC, Zurich FC and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim played a separate tournament. Great joy and delight was shown by the players as well as the spectators.
